Comprehensive Training to Build Well-Rounded Student-Athletes

Young athletes face a tremendous challenge in their high school years - balancing multiple sports, academics, extra-curricular activities, and their social lives. On top of that, getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and staying focused on doing the right things to create opportunities for a bright future can be extremely difficult. The Balanced Athlete programs focus on assisting and advising student-athletes through these busy and stress-filled years, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.

A Bit About Me

My journey as an athlete has been an endless learning experience, full of ups and downs and many hard-earned lessons. It has also brought me places unimaginable to me when I was in high school, and provided me with opportunities I could only dream of.​This journey has spawned a passion to pay it forward, and share my lessons with the next generation of student-athletes. The greatest lesson I wish to share is the importance of being well-rounded. Many kids elect to specify in a certain sport, or the many kids who participate in multiple sports will neglect their academic responsibilities. I want this generation to understand that taking care of business in the classroom is equally (if not more) important as the effort they put forth on the field, on the ice, or in the weight room. Doing so will open up far more doors to them than they presently realize.
