Programs Offered
As a former Westonka student-athlete, I believe I can offer guidance to the next generation of Westonka student-athletes. I've learned many valuable lessons in my journey to becoming a professional athlete that I wish to share with this next generation, as I wish I had this knowledge much earlier. Choose the program below that's right for you.

August Training Camp
August 4th - 14th
Monday - Thursday
Includes 8 on-ice sessions and 8 off-ice sessions at Thaler Ice Arena
Cost: $500 for full program
$250 for half program (1 skate per day or one week of program)
Squirt/U12 - Bantam/U15
Daily Schedule
8:45am: Drop-off
9:00 – 10:00am: Power skating
10:15 – 11:15am: Off-ice workout 11:30am – 12:00pm: Lunch
12:00 – 12:30pm: Advice of the day 1:00 – 2:00pm: On-ice skills session 2:15 – 3:15pm: Off-ice games
3:15 – 3:30pm: Pick-up

Comprehensive hockey training featuring on and off-ice development. The program includes on-ice sessions with a focus on power skating, skill development, and creativity. Accompanying off-ice sessions introduce athletes to strength and speed building, as well as mobility exercises. Advice offered each week regarding nutrition, sleep habits, mindset training, and academic encouragement from Charlie and guest speakers.

Private Hockey Lessons
Early Mornings at Victoria Recreation Center. Booked by email only:
Pricing:
1-on-1: $90/session
2 Skaters: $60/skater
3+ Skaters $50/skater
1-on-1 or small group sessions consisting of power-skating and advanced skill instruction. We will focus on improving the perceived weaknesses of each player. Advanced hockey concepts are taught for a greater understanding of the game.

Weekly Skates + Off-ice Training
Monday afternoons.
June 9, 23, 30 and July 7, 14, 21, 28.
$250 for full program.

On ice: 1:15 - 2:15pm
Off-ice: 2:30 - 3:30pm
Squirt/Peewee group:
On ice: 2:30 - 3:30pm

Traditional Balanced Athlete sessions purposed to develop skating, high-end skill, creativity, hockey sense, and compete-level.
Off-ice sessions to develop speed, power, and correct training techniques.
